Looks like Yamakan doesn’t know what he’s talking about after all regarding the length of Endless Eight.
Hopefully, everyone in Japan’ll be boycotting the sale of Endless Eight.
Kyoto Animation is saying as if Yamakan had nothing to do with their company. Bitter drama brewing now? He’s just telling it like it is, so piss off. If the DVDs don’t sell, it’s obvious why they don’t, good quality animation or not.
Also for the record, there is a relationship between Yamakan and KyoAni.

Haruhi Season 2 is in HD

But not broadcast as such. Here is why:

There’s a role in here called “HD Editing”. This role is also present in shows like Gundam 00, the new Fullmetal Alchemist, .hack//GU Trilogy, etc. Shows like the first season of Haruhi, CLANNAD, Kanon, and other shows animated in SD do not have this role.

Now before you say anything, none of the TV stations are airing this in HD probably on part of Kyoto Animation’s. It’s likely that there will be a Blu-ray set for the second season (I doubt they would do the first season, and if they do, it’s likely going to be a resize like AIR).

It was coming, yeah. Question now is which is coming first; CLANNAD or Haruhi? Though CLANNAD got the first announcement (with a 30-second preview), and also has the previewing at the TBS Anime Fest coming next month, which shows greater preparation for that at the moment.

Official announcement to come onto the website on July 7 (Tanabata).

After promptly beating Zelda: TP, I thought I might take a few shots of the Wii component cable that you guys so love and desire, as well as the Wii itself. But that’s not all:

We’ll soon have a Wii Channel dedicated to ~~the Integrated Data Sentient Entity~~ Oharuhi-sama coming soon. Look for it.

I also had my Wii sic at the main page. Very nice scrolling around and stuff. Even the YouTube video works, albeit a lack of filtering. Hoping to see more developments in this beta.

By the way, sound didn’t work before. Why’s it working now…?

It’s funny, only six months ago we had started the Suzumiya Haruhi novel translation project, and now we have 5 volumes completed, with volume 6 mostly done, and volumes 7 and 8 are underway. Hell, the speed we go at would probably rival the rate professional companies dish out. Not saying that the translators are bad in any way, they may be translating just as fast as we are. I guess my main beef’s with the companies that like to delay oh so certain things for so many years (*cough*ADV + JINKI*cough*).

If you haven’t joined the fray, at least to read or to contribute to the project, please do so!
